Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your rental, we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a rain-check option to hold your funds for future use. The following conditions apply: Rain-check: Instead of a refund, we will hold the funds you paid as a rain-check. You can utilize the rain-check amount towards any future rental with us during this one-year period. The rain-check is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation.
